Fleck is currently making $4.75 million at MINNESOTA, which means he is likely not coming to this NCAA sanctions mess for less than $7 million. That’s a whole lot of cheddar for someone like Fleck.

Not to mention that Fleck has complete autonomy at Minnesota with universal fan support. He is also not even done building there. I just don't see how anything but a 10 million dollar check gets him to leave for a SEC program in the dumps with a NCAA cloud.

I mean as bad as Pruitt was. He might have succeeded here if he wasn't such a jackass to everybody. I think this led to toxic team culture. That and the lazy cheating and overall lack of attention to detail derailed him.

He also basically never had an actual AD. He had a football coach pretending to be one.

If you're saying we get an offensive guy with a similar resume who seems built to do all those intangible things better than him I don't hate it. Plus a proven AD in the picture.

I'm still hoping for more. But there's no shot Elliott is even considering us right now without White in the picture.
