In the reporting, Feldman only lists three he has heard we have interest in: Elliott, Fickell and Healy. The rest is conjecture.

Feldman just spent the most time in his career on the phone to have absolutely nothing to show for it.

Also, he got fired in three seasons at USF. So if he got a raw deal, he got two of them. Back to back.

Just heard from a longtime friend who’s childhood friends with a certain coach in TX. He just told me that coach is supposed to be in East TN Wednesday and Thursday interviewing for the job. If that’s true, don’t expect any news before then — unless White hits a homerun and stops the process.

We need to spend big bucks on a rockstar and be relevant in 2 years instead of another project that does not bring instant excitement to a starving huge fanbase....Know you won't read this but Don't settle Danny!

Yup. Love Lampard as a player, but as a coach he isnt going to cut it there. Too much firepower invested in Werner, Havertz, Silva, etc to not be more competitive.

They'd have been better off playing their youth than making those investments. Chelsea have the best Academy in England but they just buy players with no concrete plan. And hiring Lampard was always gonna lead to this day. If they had hired Allegri when they hired Sarri they'd be much better off. Abromovich wants Chelsea to be Klopps Liverpool so bad.

If it's Dykes hopefully Steele is retained. Took over for Dooley at La Tech and did well. He flamed out at Cal but has done a nice job at SMU. He's 51 so still has some recruiting gas in the tank hopefully. Offense would be exciting and score some points. Defense would be the big question mark. Just trying to be positive and prepare for the lower tier hire.

That firm handles coaching searches for a lot of teams and is probably constantly meeting with various coaches. So that doesn't necessarily mean it's one of our candidates. But interesting possible stumble into the only legit info out there. hahahaha
