Just checked in again with my guy at Athletes First. There is no, zero, nil, nada etc. chatter in agent community about UT job. It’s locked down. Read he gets from those he works with is it’s not that nothing is going on, it’s that there’s nothing to discuss because the decision has already been made. He wouldn’t speculate on who. But that’s how they are reading the silence.

That means the hire is underwhelming. They know how our fans reacted to the Schiano hiring and don't want a repeat so will wait until the last possible moment to leak it this time.

He is a douche bag. Had my 2 and 5 year olds at SEC championship festivities a few years ago and photo with him. Kids were in Vol Gear and we told them he went to college at UT so they were chanting go Vols as we walked up. Just turned his head for the photo. I almost stepped out but didn’t want to disappoint kids as they were not yet able to understand douchery.... prolly the only person I know that is not proud to be a Vols alum. Just my take, I digress...
