I'm usually with you. I'm a little more optimistic this time for whatever reason. Maybe just drinking the kool-aid.

I don't think we'll ever compete for anything of substance under Heupel, but it'll be better than where we've been.

I’m already trying to come around. I’m ready to see us start winning and I’m admittedly jaded from not liking the last few hires at first either. I’ll be interested to see how the defensive staff ends up. Probably gonna take a break for awhile.

Guys and gals, my fellow Vol Faithful, I know some aren’t too thrilled about this hire. I get it, I truly do, but now is not the time to be negative. We are all one big, disorganized, ORANGE bleeding family that stretches across the GLOBE. We need to all be here for JH.

I truly believe that he can do great things here. He is a innovative, offensive mind that I don’t think we have had here since Cut, maybe Lane but that was short lived.

JH has developed some really good QBs and other offensive players and has put several in the league.

I think if we give him a chance and hopefully he puts together a great staff, who knows what he can do. Either way, he’s OUR coach. Period.

So please, get behind him and our boys, cause we need all of you.

My good friend has family down in Florida that are alumni of UCF. Has 2 cousins that played for the rugby team and won a championship in 2013. They all said he is a great coach and are mad that he left.

Heupel chose to get in the mud with us. I'll support him for sure. Others didn't want that.

The more time passes, the more I loathe Pruitt. We gained absolutely nothing from his rampant cheating. We can’t even fall back on the memories of a vacated 10 win season capped off with an SEC East win. We won 3 ****ing games. **** him. Also **** Fulmer. That man has the distinction of cratering UT football not once but twice.

Fulmer is the one I place the blame on. He truly did drive us into a ditch twice. Shame

Fair. Trust me I hope there's 10 VFL's on this staff its just not likely to happen.

I do wish we could get some young VFL coaches to work under him and learn modern offensive football.

If he brings any of their coaches with him, He and DW may have to avoid Central Florida for a long time . He said he wouldn't bring any of their players because it was the wrong thing to do but he didn't mention coaches

As DB coach? I remember not being great; but, we were garbage? After 0-8, those yrs became a blur except for UF and UGA in 16.
