I think he’s a good WR coach. I really do. He has done absolutely nothing to merit a HC opportunity and he had his big chance at USC with Sam darnold to light it up as OC and get a head job. He failed.

I think it would have been better for all parties if Tee had not come back to coach with Pruitt. I am forever grateful for all of his time, commitment and effort as a player. I wish we could resolve this issue without all the drama. We really can't have nice things.

Sadly, I do not. Do it cleanly, get a fresh start and let the new guys do their jobs. There's no upside to pushing people's buttons, giving the media clickbait and inciting players and former players to take sides while the new staff is trying to build unity.

Are you of the opinion that the investigation was started naively by Plowman, et al. not understanding it would turn this ugly and public and have lasting ramifications? Or was it a calculated decision to burn the whole thing down in order to rid the toxicity? Either answer is cringe worthy.

It's obvious that you disagree with the path she chose, but is it really necessary that we constantly caricaturize UT's leadership? That's a major part of why our fan base is considered so toxic. We polarize every person or situation as fully good or fully bad and the beat it to death. It's unhealthy. Franklin is a grand slam whale, but Heupel is just a bro hire and destined to failure. Really? Nothing is ever as good or bad as we paint it. Ever. And the sooner we collectively dial back the gain on our responses, the better off we will be. Zero chance of that though. LotM Forever!

I respect Plowman for what she did. She was in uncharted territory, made a decision, put a plan together, and executed it. We will see how it all unfolds. But we are probably in better position today than we were 3 weeks ago. I know we are in a better position to cross the goalline more times.

I think he was a good WR coach at USC and Kentucky, and a GREAT recruiter at both places. Some combination of average work ethic due to Fulmer being the AD, and the fact he and Pruitt never seemed to gel, seems to have cost him a lot of his reputation.

This is one of many reasons why Tennessee will continue to fail because it keeps employing unqualified coaches just because they played here. We're already handcuffing JH so what's the point anymore

We just need to clean house and start over. Tee needs to go. Any other coach or player that doesn't want to be here needs to go. Heupel, I hope you realize what you signed up for, but until all the bad attitudes are gone, we will just have more of the same.

So... out of all the whining, bitching and tantrum-throwing on here, you single out ME to chastise? Over one issue with which you apparently disagree? I have no problem with you disagreeing with me. But next time you want to preach to the masses, why not direct it to the readership at large? And if you want to rewrite the First Amendment, take it up with your congressman or congresswoman.
