Something I think will ease UT fans minds. The salary pool for Gus to hire his 10 assistants is just 3.3m a year, that's 330k a piece if everything was cut equal.

I'd say Garner will make 500k or a bit over here.

Lol, sorry for putting words in your mouth. Wasn't my intent. From your post I got that they preferred a diversity hire. I didn't mean to insinuate that they were dictating a diversity hire. My apologies if my post came away reading like that.

It's all good. I responded to an amalgam of posts/issues from your post. I shouldn't have done that-- so my bad.

If I posted my entire credit card number here, got in an argument, and one of you idiots bought a new 4K TV off me for revenge.. I think there are two parties at fault there.

It's not like anyone was in here looking up IP addresses and ****.
Well heck, go ahead and post it and let's run a little test. Probably gonna need the expiration date and the little code number also :):):)

My big ole fat fingers accidently clicked mine the other day. No cheagle rides for me for a while.

Saw these details earlier...looks a little fishy so form your own opinions:

1.3 trillion annual salary with bonuses for signing the contract in ink and not pencil.

Lifetime deal as long as he would have us.

Free mansion and 400 acres.

Part ownership in the Henley Street Bridge, Calhouns and Neyland Drive.

Unlimited talk and text with straight talk.

A boat, a private jet, and a Lamborghini.

Lifetime meals at Applebee’s.

No Waffle House clause...do not want.

I also believe Henry T. stays if we hired House, Rodgers or Washington. I don’t know how to feel about him staying with Banks as the hire. He should be the #1 recruit of this new defensive staff by a long shot.
If he leaves, I’m good with it. Need more with the Willis/Salter mentality.

Just rewatched the PSU/UW 2017 Fiesta Bowl that PSU won. Two really good 10-2 teams. Only two major defensive busts the entire game for PSU. One was a trick play - WR throw off a bubble to the TE down the sideline that was well executed and the S was caught giving support. The other was a wildcat TD cut back up the middle off motion to the opposite side that was just a clean breakaway. In general the D brought lots of pressure from all over on the QB, lateral pursuit was strong and the corners played press man a lot with the S in two deep. The corners were really aggressive at everything. They play multiple fronts, everything from 3 to 6 man looks.

If we get a D coming anywhere close to that we will be fine. Kind of interesting to watch some their film during Banks time there.
