What is your point? That you have some competitive fire or something? You are a fan, bro. You are attacking players on the team as a fan. Participation is 1000x more than you are ever going to get from your recliner.

Maybe take all of that manly competitive spirit and channel it to something you can actually take part in with your own two hands. Bragging about how competitive you are about something you watch other people do on TV is sad and pathetic.

Saw that on HT’s Instagram. Really pretty sickening how kids view sports these days. No loyalty. No real disdain for rivals. Just a bunch of dudes out to get their own. Its not just our team imo. This is sports now. I don’t understand this sort of psyche.

The former teammates care about as much as I do. Most of them probably wish they had the options HT does, so they respect that if nothing else.

That said, can't lie I'd of been just fine with him going to Ohio St... Bama does have a certain feel to it...

Today's college kids and highschool kids have never seen a tennessee competitive with Alabama is what I'm saying.

What’s crazy is that it was an even all time series when Saban came to town. We will get it back, football is cyclical, and it’s bad timing with arguably the greatest coach in college football history.

Sorry to say, but the days of football players like Al Wilson are gone. The opposition use to be the enemy. Now players are hugging before and after games. Rule changes have penalized aggressive hard hitting football.
Everyone wants to win, but players today do not hate losing. There is a big difference.

I think you’re onto something with the rule changes. Both basketball and football you can’t lay anybody out anymore. Those were the plays that caused fights between teams. The plays that made players hate each other. May sound a little barbaric, but I’m not ashamed to admit it - that stuff was good for the game.
