I’m aware how run heavy it is. I’ve been going back and watching UCF games when I have free time. Just bringing up some concerns I have about it.

His offense will go three and out over and over on drives that are less than a minute and it lets the other team get back in the game quickly.

I think his offense could be the best in the country specifically because they run so well. Just needs to use that to his advantage and play some more ball control using that great run game.
I dont think any scheme will survive long term if there isnt a way to slow down some games and grind them out.

Lol, several hundred?!? By number 12 I’d be like “this ain’t for me!”

😂
It just looks so good! And everyone else seems to like it so much. That's spread out over many years of course. My brother writes for a beer magazine, so he's at a different brewery every night. I was committed to "acquiring a taste," but it never happened.

You must be a really hard worker.

Haha, I respect the perseverance! I’ve got to where I don’t hardly drink at all now like in the past, so I’ve defined more now what I like and that’s what I gave. For beer porters and stouts, and bourbons and whiskeys. I’m not the most fancy, but I know my tastes and I stick to what makes me happy. All very moderately as well.

The problem being now we're eating into next year's 25. So any player you take needs to be better than what you think you can get through recruiting.

To be fair, we don't know that this is true. There are all kinds of rules and exceptions that we probably know nothing about. However, if the coaches think we need to eat into 2022 in order to put a competitive product on the field now I'm sure they will not do so lightly or without serious consideration to the secondary and tertiary consequences.

Look at the big brain on Brad!!

We’ll see what happens with Heup. Some on here seemingly want him to fail.

I don’t know how good he’ll be. But I do know that he can coach offense and develop QB’s. And I know Rodney Garner can recruit, coach, and develop a DL.

You can win a lot of games with great play at QB and DL

Yeah, but you can't triple stamp a double stamp.

Yes, one was trusted by the best coach in the history of the sport to revolutionize his offense. The other had one good year at Missouri.

Totally agree. He is a very good offensive mind. There is no doubt about it. He is great at working with QBs. If he would slow down his offense, it would be more sustainable from week to week. Kiffin and Lebby are good examples. They score a ton of points but have decided to slow down a bit.
Slowed it down? How many points did ole miss give up last year?

I anticipate defense being much better. Our LBs and DL last year were without coaches. Coaching does make a difference. We are not aiming for a National Championship. We are trying to get to 8-4 and 9-3 over the next two seasons. Coaching and attitude can make it happen.
