do you not realize I dgaf about what happens and who’s the coach here. That doesn’t stop us from having the top players in the state and they go to more than just UT. If any of you knew simple logic you’d sthu because we don’t stop because of a coach or 1 said name. We have kids at every P5 conference and will continue to do so. We get the biggest laughs at UT fans saying dumb shyt like this because yawl act like because Pruitt leaves UT our program shuts down. No not so check out our new facility in Murfreesboro check out or players in Tx, New Orleans, and Fla. we now have affiliate programs in Michigan, Ohio, and so on. Relax big guy we dgaf about one particular coach because we are a great organization in which all the recruiting sites and schools call on. Guess why, because they see Jacob Hood, they see us rescue kids from Tx like the Wr at UGA who cm to Tennessee and dominated, and so on. Try again we just had 3 guys drafter on top of the previous 13 pros. I know I know I know damn them boys have a well oiled machine. Btw check out our Big Man Challenge in Cowboys stadium next month with The Boss Jerry Jones putting money behind us lmao damn life is good.

Heupels 3 UCF teams average 115th in time of possession. So of course our defense is going to be stressed. Just have to score points

TOP is an over-rated stat.

Scoring Defense is a much better stat to look at. The other team may try to grind it out an hold on to the ball, but if they aren't scoring and you can score at will then TOP mean diddly.

If you’ve seen what our facilities look like vs the rest of the conference, it is. We don’t have the money to fix it immediately. It’ll take a decade. Especially with neyland renovation taking precedence

Any avid bettors know the last time we overachieved beyond Vegas regular season win totals by more than .5 game? The most recent ones being 2019 (7 wins vs Vegas at 6.5) and 2015 (8 wins vs Vegas at 7.5).

For once it would be glorious to actually over achieve by a noticeable margin. It feels like we've only met the expectation or underachieved (mostly this) since Fulmer.

It feels like almost every other team has had a sort of wacky season where they shock everyone...except us. Are we due?

Exactly. They’re mad at him because of the 2020 covid season. So stupid. And again, the reason for their lack of success was not the offense. They were ranked 2nd nationally. It was the defense. I think the UCF fans are dumb and they’re about to regret it. Gus is going to be a disaster there

At the rate we have been going we should win 16 games even in a 15 game season. Bonus win just for being so bad ass

If ToP was actually a meaningful stat, then everyone would be running the triple option or worse.

To be fair, DW showed up literally a few months ago. Now the 3rd AD Vitello has seen in 4 years, not exactly a confidence builder. We are a bottom tier SEC program, with similar facilities.

I hope to god he can keep him, but hard to blame him either if he can't. It's just a huge task. UT baseball is like Georgia basketball or Vandy football. It just isn't historically relevant, hasn't historically invested in the program, and now the vultures are circling. It's asking a ton, especially if a job like LSU opens up.

He is not considered by hardly anybody to be top five all time. If you think so then that is ok...plus I think Phil has won 44 or 45 PGA tourneys..which is still great. Phil is firmly top ten imo.

Hagen, Hogan, Snead, Vardon, Sarazen, Player, Jones, Palmer...all those guys would be considered top five before Phil.

But he has won more Majors than most of those guys you mentioned and PGA tourney's. The 52 wins for Phil includes overseas.
