Why? Everybody in baseball knows not to argue ball/strike calls. It's an immediate ejection to come out of the coaches' box or dugout to do it. Has been for years. The ump even tried to get him to go back and he refused. So he tossed him as he should. The pitching coach kept mouthing and it cost him as well.

They may be but the HC was just asking if it was a called strike or foul or ball. He wasn't arguing balls and strikes.

If I'm an ump, my only response in arguments is "our ass is in the jackpot". By far the best release from the MLB and it needs more.
