Why? Everybody in baseball knows not to argue ball/strike calls. It's an immediate ejection to come out of the coaches' box or dugout to do it. Has been for years. The ump even tried to get him to go back and he refused. So he tossed him as he should. The pitching coach kept mouthing and it cost him as well.

I think the ump had rabbit ears. Even started following Evan Russell.

I don’t watch MLB that much, but why are balls and strikes off limits? It’s a huge part of the game, and the college umps are inconsistent.

Just started looking at other college baseball scores. Apparently Notre Dame is beating UConn 26-3 in the ninth inning. Damn.

From multiple personal football experiences, playing against and watching over the years, Powell is the high school equivalent of Florida and Alabama to me atmosphere and character wise. I freakin hate Powell...

Not you though 😉

I will say they’re not as bad as Rhea County though
hurt your feelings?

How does an umpire levy a month long suspension?
I was going off the assumption that the umpire made the determination that a pitcher intentionally threw at a batter that it would be an automatic month suspension subject to appeal of course.....
If not the umpires then do you trust the league office to make that call?
