Game is so uninteresting they’re making fun of our football team. This is why Tennessee needs to capitalize on a good team once in awhile.

We went from not making the SEC tournament to making the CWS. That’s capitalizing and it’s still only game 1.

Yeah. Double until the end... Will have to beat someone twice if they don't make the comeback.

It honestly wouldn't be bad until the finals. There is an off day that gives an extra day of rest

Every year at Father’s Day I just think of all the ways I’m not measuring up as a father. Kids didn’t get me anything or even make a a card this year. Just reinforces that twice as hard. I know the right things to say to myself, but …

Anyways, back to the game

Kids go through selfish bastard stages…part of growing up. I never look for affirmation while they’re figuring crap out. I don’t expect much (or anything) on these staged events from my stepdaughter. I entered her life when she was 16 and her parents were still going through a divorce. Her father’s alive and I don’t press. My daughter is mini-me and she knows the greatest gift I can receive is to leave me the hell alone before I go to work. She still texted and is bringing me something from Chicago…prolly Bears gear. You’re a very good person. Kids will figure it out since they’re usually the last to know.

We only lost to VA because I'm from VA and my dad went to UVA and it's Father's day.

We were just in over our head today. The big stage got to us. Virginia is not a great team but they had some luck and better pitching. Our bats were horrific.

Even if we lose on Tuesday this is a GREAT season and it's nothing to be upset about assuming Tony stays. It can be a momentum builder for future seasons. If he leaves? Burn it to the ground.

I am not happy about today’s game... I would have been furious about a wright st loss. Hopefully we can bounce back next game and build a great program here. CWS regulars would be great and I think Vitello will get talent to flock here.
