I am actually scared to say this (scared Dad), but I need some VN prayers. We are on vacation and my 16 year old daughter started having a GI bleed. She has been in the ICU since Sunday afternoon. She is stable now, but GI bleeds can get bad really fast. She has required a transfusion. So far all tests have been “normal“, that actually scares me more… since she is in the ICU, only one parent can stay with her. My wife is a Pediatrician, so she is staying with my daughter.
Hopefully she can have her colonoscopy done this evening, couldn’t complete it yesterday due to the blood in her colon.
If I could ask for your prayers that my daughter will be okay and that the medical staff can figure out the cause and fix it soon. I would greatly appreciate it.

Ben McKee seems like the clueless lost member of the VQ staff.

At least when it comes to football.

So I don’t put any stock into him picking Milton to be the starting QB

It’s Bailey until it isn’t. You don’t play like he did in the Spring Game and then not get to start. There is a reason the staff bumped up his rotation during the game.

Milton seems to be the favorite with the VQ mods. Remember? The one’s who basically ruled out HB and had it in a dead heat between Hooker and Maurer? I won’t argue that Milton doesn’t have the best set of PHYSICAL skills, but accuracy, knowledge of the offense and experience with fellow skill players are areas where the other candidates aren’t going backwards to make an even playing field…and I personally believe Bailey advances the offense better than the other two. Health considered, Velus Jones, Hyatt and Calloway should have standout seasons, and there’s room for more.

Not saying he will start, but the staff wouldn't have brought a guy like Milton in if they didn't have confidence that he could be an improvement over the QBs they inherited. He still has to come in and earn it in fall camp, but one would have to think that Heupel and company like what he brings to the table.

I’m sure they do and winning programs don’t turn away potential talent. But the other candidates have barely started their familiarization with this offense and THAT is much further along than where Milton is beginning square one. The VQ mods have been impressed with the ass kicking his arm has put up against air. Bet Harbaugh was also.

I agree with this. Also I’m not hating on Milton, he is an Athlete and he has a Live Arm probably the best Arm of any of the QBs. But, like you said accuracy etc is a concern and there is a reason he left Michigan.

Either way like I’ve said for any QBs I’m backing whoever the coaches pick and if that’s Milton then so be it. But, my gut tells me Bailey
