"If there is one quarterback who could emerge as a superstar in college that showed flashes of brilliance but also struggled at times during the Elite 11 it’s Jackson. The ball comes out so smoothly, he has an effortless look to how he plays the position but sometimes he misses receivers on tough throws.

Working with Josh Heupel and in that new Tennessee offense where the Vols are going to throw the ball, Jackson could put up big numbers and if he can work out some small issues, he could have that offense humming."

The Tennessee way. We hire a football coach. Fans initial reaction is WTF? Then we buy in before they ever even hit the field. Then when they struggle, we make excuses. Eventually we see the writing on the wall and say we knew it all along.

Rinse and repeat.

has Tennessee ever beaten Saban while he was at Alabama?

it's time. So sick of that miniature schnauzer.
Nope. Only got close in 2009 and 2015. He’s turned the Third Saturday in October into Tennessee-Kentucky from 1985-2010, with the Vols sliding into the role of the Wildcats.

"Working with Jeremy Pruitt and Chris Weinke in that old Tennessee offense where the Vols and Jim Chaney are going to sit on the ball, Jackson could put up as many as 590 passing yards a season and if he can work out some small issues, he could take that offense from sleeping to sleepwalking"

Imagine reading...

So does anyone think the Pirate over in Starkville will improve this year? Will be interesting to see if he progresses each season or is in the wrong conference... prolly doesn't help that we snagged one of his top WR's, but I know some on here thought he would be a good fit in Knoxville....

I listened to the latest RTI podcast with ubben and they were talking about our lack of CB depth. Said we only had four scholarship guys and how losing Prunty was so huge.

Listed AT, KG, Warren Burrell, and Christian Charles.

????

And what about Rucker? Or Hadden? Or Turnage?
Ubben’s just collecting a check. He has no idea about football or our team

So...he really must not know what he’s talking about since we only got Turnage because we didn’t get Prunty. Yo so dum....

Why are you listening to a guy who sells cigarettes to kindergartners?
