not sure what thst is.
CKY was the original crew of Philly guys...before they joined with Johnny Knoxville and Jeff Tremaine and went to mtv.

They just made cool skateboarding/prank videos that were pretty low production...could get them on dvd or find them on the internet. They'd travel all over and shoot their hijinx with some real nice skateboarding mixed in.

CKY (video series) - Wikipedia.

Some are on youtube now - here's their 2nd video, probably the most popular one CKY2K...was great stuff in high school as an adolescent kid.

Johnny Knoxville (PJ Clapp) was my chunky RG/RT for the Baby Falcons, while I was the starting QB for our minor pee-wee and pee wee teams, in the early 80s. We did win a city championship and lost one in the 2 years, we played together. But, he was cool as the other side of the pillow. PJ and 2 other players (including a RB/LB, who was the star of those teams) came over from the South-Young youth organization. Recruiting starts early in football
I actually gave JK golf lessons for a movie he was in. Really cool dude......

My dad grew up playing baseball with PJ, use to be really good friends growing up.

If Milton starts, the amount of excitement I will have is the equivalent to when JG takes the field. I’ll also say we lose to Pitt. Bailey is the only answer.

I don’t care about “what if he kills it in practice” or “he has earned it” I don’t trust or listen to any of that bull since JG ruined that.

I mean, I’m gonna have to roll with Heup on this decision

Yeah, in terms of the "Big 3" I wouldn't be surprised if Florida is the closest, most competitive game. Georgia and Bama are light years ahead of us in terms of roster talent. Florida is definitely ahead, but their defense was all-time bad last year and I think Emory Jones will be a bust. Could see us being in a competitive game in the second half, as long as we are adjusting well to new scheme, etc....

So you think it will be one of the "soul-crushing fourth quarter heartbreaker" games that we lose to Florida (see 2006, 2014, 2015, 2017) and not one of the "straight blowout" games we lose to Florida (see 2007, 2008, 2018)?

I tend to agree but I'm not sure which is worse.

Yeah I think that’s crazy talk. Whoever Heup picks to be the QB I mean, how could you argue it?

I mean, we said the same thing about every other previous coach when they had that one thing that apparently made them stand out.....didn’t work.

Do I think Heupel will turn it around? Absolutely.

But “Pruitt is the defensive guru” or “Butch will turn it around, his recruiting is elite” now Heupel is the “QB guru”

If we beat Pitt by 21+ with Milton, I’ll eat the biggest crow .

He could end up sucking...or he could end up being the X factor imo. Has all the physical tools...eager to see if Heup can catch up the mental.
Hope so...he does have a lot of tools, but he does not have the one tool a QB needs most...the ability to get it to a receiver.

I don't really get that. If Heupel can turn around Drew Lock he can turn around Milton. He has the best arm and the most athleticism of any QB we have.

Meanwhile I think Harrison Bailey can be the guy, but I don't get the argument that he has to be the guy. Two good throws in the Spring game and a mediocre at absolute best freshman year aren't all that convincing to me.

I agree...I hope they don't get so enamoured with his size, arm and athletic abilities that they get blinded to the fact he sucks at throwing the ball accurately. I can't take that frustrating crap anymore.
