Good question. Just guessing...

LT D. Davis
LG K. Harris
C Lampley
RG C. Akporoghene/Robinson
RT RJ Perry

I think that Davis could slide to the right side if need be. Need Jeremiah Crawford to provide some depth at one of the tackle spots. Not sure whether William Parker is a T or G?
If Wednesday's individual period was any indication, Tennessee's starting offensive line right now would appear to be Darnell Wright at left tackle, Jerome Carvin at left guard, Cooper Mays at center, Javontez Spraggins at right guard and Cade Mays (who had multiple NFL scouts watching him go through drills) at right tackle. The tackles with the second group on Wednesday were junior college transfer Jeremiah Crawford on the left side and Dayne Davis on the right with an interior trio of Jackson Lampley, Parker Ball and Kingston Harris. The third group included RJ Perry at left tackle, James Robinson at left guard, Chris Akporoghene at right guard and William Parker at right tackle.

QUARTERBACK NOTES

The big development on Wednesday morning was the absence of quarterback Brian Maurer from the open-viewing periods of practice the morning after he posted a cryptic message on Instagram. "They took my dream after 4 days ... that's okay cause I'm a solder #18out." It wasn't Maurer's first cryptic social media post hinting at a possible departure, but just seven days after he vowed to fight for Tennessee's starting job, it's fair to wonder if this is the end.
(Maurer was not in the NCAA transfer portal as of 10 a.m., per sources.)

Tennessee's quarterback competition was essentially down to three anyway and now Joe Milton III, Hendon Hooker and Harrison Bailey will continue to battle it out. The order on Wednesday appeared to mirror what it was on Tuesday with Milton followed by Bailey then Hooker, but Wednesday's work made things a little more difficult to discern. During routes-on-air, there were two of them throwing together and for some reps even three of them as the Vols worked on goal-line rub routes and combo concepts.

DEFENSIVE NOTES
Linebacker Jeremy Banks was back in drills after he was absent from the early portions of Tuesday's practice, and the linebackers worked on their tackling technique went the Vols went into their individual drills after their usual turnover circuit work.
The depth in Tennessee's secondary has been vastly improved by some athletic newcomers. Freshman De'Shawn Rucker has joined transfers Brandon Turnage and Kamal Hadden in working at cornerback, while Christian Charles primarily reps at safety. Turnage and Rucker have clear explosiveness and the Alabama transfer has been physical in drills, particularly earlier in camp when he battles the wide receivers in one-on-one work, while Hadden is still getting back into a groove of things after he was limited all last week.
On the defensive line, Byron Young continues to look the part going through drills and the Vols should have some quickness up front with LaTrell Bumphus back healthy and sophomores Omari Thomas and Bryson Eason. It's also remarkable just how many bodies Tennessee has at that spot when the Vols go to individual work. It's a far cry from three years ago when Jeremy Pruitt was taking over and former walk-on Paul Bain had to be in the two-deep up front, and this group has had some good practices so far in camp.

OFFENSIVE (NON-QB) NOTES
First real look at the running backs today as Jerry Mack had his group working on balance and explosion before he drilled them on their technique for turning upfield after catching screen passes, which had the backs run the chute. Freshman Jaylen Wright has a noticeable burst and quickness about him even in drills and he almost glides as he covers ground quickly. The group has good variety with smaller, compact backs like Jabari Small and Tiyon Evans and bigger runners like Dee Beckwith and Tee Hodge.
Not a great routes-on-air period for the tight ends as Jacob Warren had a pass go through his hands and Miles Campbell stopped on a route in the back of the end zone and had the football fly by him.

Zero issue with BM transferring. Dude is 4th string. It's better for everyone if he bows out and gives whatever reps he had to the other three guys. Go somewhere else and use this year to learn that system and win the job next year.

The issue is the same issue he's had from day one. The inability to look at a social media post for 10 seconds and make sure it's really something you want to put out there. No one likes a sore loser, including other schools who might give you a spot.

All this talk about loving your other QBs and your teammates. Not doing them any favors to imply the coaches screwed you over out of the job. Especially when you had damn near 20 practices before they cut your reps. CJH could have easily made him 3rd/4th string in the second week of Spring but he didn't.

@volbeast33 had told us his reps had been significantly reduced. He obviously saw the writing on the wall. My point being is he wasn’t taking reps from anyone. I think it had been reported that he was noticeably showing frustration at this reduction as well. Which the coaching staff didn’t need on the field and this is the main reason it’s better for him to leave.

It’s so funny to see who we pick and choose to **** on when they transfer.
Agreed. Dunno why anyone is bad mouthing Maurer. He stayed and provided depth. Could he handle the situation better? Maybe, but he is a kid and he is emotional. Atleast he showed emotion. People need to be classy, wish him well and hope he has a good career wherever he goes unless he plays against us then he needs to have a bad game lol 😂

Don’t know if anyone saw but Joe Milton got on to one of the receivers or tight ends during this drill. I liked that a lot. (Told him to keep going and not stop - utilizing the F word which tells me whoever it was messed up a lot and needed the correction)
Why did Miles stop running? The **** was he stopping for? We may never know.
