This sucks. Sounds like he hyperextended his knee away from the play. Was "holding his knee and screaming" according to some reports. All indications were that he was leading the competition too.

Damn. I think he can be a really successful QB. He has been dealt a very poor hand in his CFB career so far.

Yeah. He basically said Simmons need to get in shape, Thomas needs to lower his pad level they didn’t finish the scrimmage as a unit good even if it was one person the unit is a whole. Loved it.

Josh Dobbs was pretty fast. A lot faster than Milton. Yes there's more than one way to run the ball, and Milton can use his feet. But I'd be shocked to see him bust out huge runs this season like Dobbs was capable of.

Dobbs ran a 4.64 40….. he is not a lot faster than Milton.

Milton is not that quick, If he ran 70 yards on our defense it's probably not a good sign for out defense.

The offense Milton played at in Michigan wasn’t geared towards a QB that can run. Michigan’s offense was a bunch of nickle and dime slants and comebacks whereas ours always has guys running long down the sideline for the haymaker every defense he faced played up at the line because Michigan’s run game was trash. He should see way more run lanes in our offense just based on that. You are right he isn’t that fast but he can run for a first and escape the pocket way better than most
