I can see why a lot of people would see couples therapy before marriage to be a waste, but I think if I had taken the opportunity to recognize and examine some of my more self-destructive tendencies I had when I was younger and dating around, it probably would have saved me from having to do it during the first couple years of my marriage, which can be a pretty rough period of adjustment anyway.

I haven’t read all the way back so I don’t know how it’s going for CB, but I commend him for making the attempt if he sees a future with her.

I hope you never get proven wrong on that. I think you underestimate what being trapped in a bad marriage can do to a person, man or woman. Unless you're a really disconnected and/or horrible person, it'll damage people.

I can help on the last one! These boys are absolutely right and if I had taken that advise it would have saved me a lot of money and heartache. Only saving grace is I have two beautiful children I wouldn’t trade for the world.

Have you guys seen Travis hunter play? That dude is a monster… I’ll be surprised if he’s not in the heisman race in a couple years. Well, he’s going to play at FSU, so maybe not
