Local steak is one of the most overrated foods in my opinion. Never frozen matters, so if local gets you that, that's a good thing; but local in and of itself is so overrated. A lot of times you get a clueless farmer who has a few cows instead of a "big corporate rancher" who knows every in and out of how to raise the perfect beef cattle.

VQ posters saying he was running dead last...even behind Whitehead. Yeesh.

Thought Hodges was supposed to have a great work ethic though. They kept saying last year how professional he was. Maybe he lost that focus...?

I'm curious how many DCs-turn-HCs can really add a bunch of value these days IF they are like typical DC HCs that are so conservative and old school on offense.

See: Pruitt, Jeremy...Smart, Kirby...Muschamp, Will...etc...

If one could legitimately let the offense go and not worry about their vaunted per game defensive stats (as Saban has morphed into over time) I'm sure they could do really well. They are just a rare breed it seems. I believe someone also noted how DCs tend be a**holes too.

I’m sure all his injuries had a lot to do with that. But he doesn’t look physically like any of our other RBs. No where close to the same muscle tone or anything. Which leads me to believe he just doesn’t work as hard as the others.

No argument here. I thought maybe the kid could be a depth type player at first, but the stories I heard once he got to campus made me think he wasn't really that dedicated to making it. Should've gone to Carson Newman or someplace similar.
