Not at all. Shoot, it's probably going to be a ~coinflip game by Vegas and some outlets have them ranked ahead of us. Not a bad loss in any way. The team absolutely has to take them seriously.I disagree, losing to Pitt..right now..at this point..would not be a "bad" loss, at least not in the way you mean it. It would be a bad loss in the way that it would hinder the rebuild.
Lord have mercy. While I agree Milton has crazy talent and could be huge. Basically referring to Bailey as a game manager shows how much he knows. JG was a game manager. Bailey can be a good QB for us in the future.
Please explain why he is a game manager? Wisconsin QBs are game managers. JG is a game manager. Bailey is extremely accurate and usually knows exactly where to go with the ball every time. He blew up Georgia records and played one of the hardest schedules in the country his final year. To say he is a game manager when he has barely played is short sided. They didn’t even barely practice him until game three last year. What does Bailey do better than Milton? He's a game manager right now. Milton can steal games with his legs (I think) or his cannon arm.
Hmmm… this guy or Josh Heupel?Hmm... unsolicited DM btw. Not sure if I should be concerned or laugh. Dude clearly wants to spout off though.

The program is at the make or break it stage IMO. With increased outlays for "fan experiences" comes expectations on the field as well. People don't pay high ticket prices and donations for preferred seating to watch bad football no matter the light shows, music, jumbotrons and fireworks.
Vol fans want their tradition upheld and wins on the field where the team competes at a high level. We want them to give their all for Tennessee. They value the Vol walk and running through the T. But even that is not enough. You know this because when they are losing as they have been the attendance drops significantly not only for the older adults and the bandwagon fans - but with the students as well. If the football is bad, the students stop going. You cannot music, light show, and firework your way to higher attendance. It may be an enhancement when you are winning and have a good product on the field.
Would love to see the UT/AD's cost/benefit analysis. Wonder how much downside risk they factored in for the enhancements. Some season ticket holders/donators don't like what they have done in recent years - now this. Whatever.
I just want to see the team win again.

That's the kind of thing that will change with recruiting classes and transfers. Mullen isn't going to recruit any better so they're going to stay about right where they are. TN will recruit better with wins. That gap will close.Yeah we still have some talent.
Though the gaps between teams is depressing as a UT fan. I knew we were closer to a lot of teams than we were to UGA, but now even the gap between us and UF is bigger than between us and USC, Ole Miss, or UK.
A friend of mine who has 2 children who go to the same school, but 1 was sent home for contact tracing and the other was allowed to go to school. lol what sense does that make.Similar issues here in Rutherford County. Two of my daughters were "contact traced". However, they both went to school for multiple days after the "contact" before we were notified. They both now have to miss days of school even though they have no signs or symptoms. The arbitrary nature of the "contact tracing" policy is frustrating.
