If you hit someone from the rear, it's your fault. I think technically it's following too close and failure to maintain proper distance. If you want to avoid reporting treat it as "no fault"; write up a one paragraph agreement that says "since we can't figure out who was at fault we have agreed it was neither's fault" or some such language both of you sign it, then slip them the $200 you agreed on: End of problem.
If we can at least keep it close and injure a bunch of their players I'd be happy with that.My bama friend texted me today. He’s scared of us. He thinks we’re going to win next week. He may be right.
Wow, my Sophmore year of Hs about 8 years ago, our algebra teacher used to make jokes about how many red pens he would go through to grade our tests. He also had no problems putting 40's on our papers.15 years ago I was told I had to give a 68 no matter what their grade was because they needed to be encouraged. I asked if I could just put “F“ so I was not lying and was told no. Was also told I could not put an “X” by a wrong answer. It had to be circled because the “X” made them feel bad. I asked how long before circles made them feel bad.
She said it was recent and she’s been talking to her insurance constantly. Idk what to believe but also don’t want to get dropped from insurance but quite a few people have given me good advice in here. We’ll see what happensNews flash, with that much damage, from a prior accident, the backup camera was probably not working when you hit her. Ask her why the car was not repaired after the first accident. She probably got cash from that accident too.
