If their OL and QB doesn’t improve they likely lose 1-2 more games this fall even in that terrible conference. They’re lucky they don’t play VT this year.

I bet UGA makes most OLs and QBs look that way. They’re NC level good on that side. Offense on the other hand….

Clark Lea’s presence on the sideline was worse than Mason when he was late in his tenure. Except this was game 1. Dude stood there from the opening kickoff in dead silence with a thousand yard stare. Arms crossed and I’m not sure he ever said a word. It was really strange. Not gonna lie I loved it though lol.

He isn't stupid then, he knows he is getting paid a lot of money to flush his future head coaching career down the Commodewhore toilet..lol.

My biggest concern coming out of the game was the WRs. We don’t have any DUDES at the position. Concerned about them consistently beating the physicality of SEC secondaries

We will see….. hopefully they will get there and thrive in this offense.

It'll take a lot of quick recoveries and future injury luck for Georgia to go undefeated, even in the regular season. Our receivers and TE's are in bad shape right now. Leading receiver last night was a 230 lb freshman 3rd string TE. Second receiver in terms of yardage was a walk-on. After that it's a sordid mixture of walking wounded and unable to play.

And the defensive backfield is paper thin, especially until Tykee Smith and Jalen Kimber return. We used another walk-on some last night at safety. Very little margin for injury in the secondary.

Congrats on the win. (Cough, choke.)

Yeh I mean it’s fine with me esp after all the chirping they did to us for a few yrs and now they’ve gotten smacked by a combined score of like 70-27 against us the last two yrs and then hired this disaster of a coach. Love to see it.

I meant that as in, my waiter/waitress might be having a crappy day, kept up all night from crying babies, at the tail end of their shift after working a second job earlier in the day, just lost a lived one etc etc. and simply isn't on top of it. I don't know what others are going through, and I don't expect perfection from someone waiting tables. Maybe my display of kindness legitimately helps them get through what they're dealing with.

Not - I sat there for 30 minutes without speaking to anyone and the dude was an a-hole when he served us - situation.

I agree. But Clemson has a lot to cleanup on O. Their new QB didn’t look ready last night. Ncsu, Syracuse, and a couple others will make it close and maybe get a W. Plus their fanbase is in meltdown mode bigtime. They hate Tony Elliot. Many really wanted him to take the UT job.

To all our fans who were making fun of Vanderbilt after their loss. I don’t know what to say. We finally get an all-girls football team in the SEC and you guys can’t even show a modicum of respect. smh.

The following table shows total offense, total defense, the difference, the strength of schedule so far, and the remaining strength of schedule, for some teams of interest. The offense, defense, and offense-defense margin columns are sorted by performance.

The biggest takeaway I think is as expected Missouri’s new defense is having growing pains. ESPN dropped them behind us in their FPI rankings.

Heupel said we struggled with offensive efficiency on Thursday. ESPN graded our offensive efficiency at 45.6%, defense at 61.6%, and special teams at 34.8%. Overall, ESPN says our team operated with an efficiency of 50.3% in our first game. TIFWIW.

We may have lots of room where we can improve, everywhere. #GBO

My family was in the restaurant business for a long time until my mom and dad got divorced...I agree, and I can tell the difference between rude lazy indifference, and a overwhelmed person doing their best...

The point stands..I don't pay people that won't and don't do their job.
