Has anyone ever gave CBD oil to their dog? I know there are some for dogs and my oldest chocolate lab is starting to show signs of arthritis. Of course I don't want him to be in pain and am willing to try natural CBD oil if it works.

Daughter has a dog with separation anxiety. She gives him CBD and it calms him down….really seems to help.

I'm not sure if Milton will transfer out or not.

Here's reasons why I think he wouldn't
1. already used a RS
2. already used a "free" transfer
3. already been in college for 4 seasons
4. if he transfers it'd be his 3rd school

It really just depends on if he thinks next year is his last year to play in college or not, cause even if Hooker returns Milton is definitely the no. 2 with only a true freshmen coming in to compete with him. Plus if Hooker has a killer season and gets Heisman hype and is drafted high (after next season) it would mean Milton would be likely taking over a better squad than we have now. Potential to also have a break out season with Heisman hype/get drafted high.

Question really is does he think he can land somewhere else that will give him the chance to start next year AND get noticed to be drafted? Cause if not most people would say smart money is another year with Heupel (QB Guru confirmed) would only help him.
They need to teach him the TE position.

Impressive stats. Still don't see him as a college QB.

For the people that vote in these kinds of things, if the kid deserves it, he deserves it. He's not a Wildcat yet. Always a possibility some Tennessee love could change his mind. Who knows? Personally, I wouldn't mind having the twins in Orange.

To DE1, you've created some animosity on the board by constantly kicking us in the nads. I know you call it "being truthful", but it really does come across as very negative toward UT at times. And truthfully, I think it's more in how you say it than what you say. Anyway, you've been putting some positive stuff out there lately as well, so thanks for that.

Why not just put him on Rimadyl, Previcox, Metacam, or some other anti-inflammatory with scientific proof that it works, instead of using CBD? Plus any one of those is probably cheaper.

Yes but get a brand that has been lab tested and verified. Do not buy the crap from the local cbd shop. I use honest paws brand.

Alabama and Tennessee game won Cable TV for college season. Sankey needs to stay out of the way- college football would be much better off if VOLS were good again.

This is probably the most influential thing that can push the league to help us out. If they are smart they won’t just see it as high ratings due to Alabama alone. We had an early lead and folks were tuning in to see what was happening.

From this game alone I’ve had more positive comments from opposing fans. Probably their first time watching the Vols this season and they were impressed most with the playcalling. An Auburn fan watched that game and said we have to be excited about the future.

OMG...whatever..you picked the extreme example, and you surely hope that we will not have a "tissue paper O-line" for the next four years..🤷‍♂️

My entire point from the start was that you probably shouldn't extrapolate HB's success elsewhere to poor coaching by Heupel. To support the point, I created a logical proof. Yes, of course it is extreme, and no, I don't believe it's the likely outcome. Still, if he succeeds elsewhere, there will be much gnashing of teeth and rending of clothes, and the McCrackedBrains will be out in force. Oh wait...already is.

I gave CBD to my dachshund for Epilepsy, worked to control her seizures for 3 years. Frequency of seizures increased so we had to switch to prescription drugs. Research by Colorado State and a few other places does show benefits.
Pretty good article here

CBD Oil for Dogs with Arthritis: Can Cannabis Oil Help With Canine's Joint Pain? (2021)

They aren’t good but those same teams have KY fits while we blew them out from first whistle
I was talking with an P5 coach last night and he said the same thing. We dominated SC and Mizzou, KY did not. KY has been extremely lucky and their luck is about to run out. KY has gotten every break. UT Chatt should have beat them. Breaks usually even out over the season. MS State or us will get them. I say it will be us or both.

Our chocolate lab developed a large tumor on her liver. It was so large it basically pushed on her stomach and took all her appetite away and they said she probably only had 2-3 weeks left. We gave her cbd hoping it would help her appetite and spirits. She ended up lasting 5 months. She got to go to the beach a few more times, help me track and skin a few more deer I shot and enjoy life a little longer in general. Cbd 100% helped her and I was honestly pretty doubtful at first.

I know people that said that the CBD oil works for their dogs.
Glucosamine/Chondroitin Sulfate is also known to work.
So is Omega 3 fish oil.

Try all 3, even together. Buy the human version at Costco or Sam’s.
The pet versions are way more expensive, but end up being exactly the same.

There’s an injectable version of glucosamine that works really well. We had a dog with arthritis and a veterinarian friend would give me the expired horse version that worked great! He would dance around like a puppy, after hobbling around like an old man (@InVOLuntary). There’s a newer version for dogs that also works very well, but is also pricey.

Couldn’t remember any of those names.
Meloxicam is a human NSAID that can be used in dogs. Works very well too.

I was wondering about that kid. A think a lot of us have forgotten he transferred in but expectations were pretty low. Has he impressed?
I asked this morning and it sounds better than I thought it would….. he had a really good camp for a preferred walk on…. He was not as good/better than our scholarship QBs……He is a very mobile kid with a strong arm…. By strong…. I think my person means he can wing it deep…. I don’t know if he can make all the throws to the boundary and such bc that is a different kind of arm strength….He struggles really bad yesterday but he had also been running scout team offense where they make him intentional throw interceptions so the defense can work on that so he is not sure if that messed with his timing some or not….He will be getting a lot more reps now so he will have a chance to prove himself….Josh Heupel really likes the kid and told him if he came to Tennessee that he may get a chance to play in a game…

That's what I've read about him so far. Strong arm and mobile. Didn't do much in high school then had a big senior year. Was going to Iowa State as a walk-on with Golesh when Heupel hired Golesh so he went to UCF and followed Golesh here too. They apparently really like the kid's ability and arm strength especially for the offense.
