The “key play” feature on YouTube TV is the 🐐.
Literally how I want 90% of non-UT games these days. I'll watch the very biggest games in-full, otherwise just do Key Plays and watch a whole game in 5 minutes...then maybe watch the last 5 minutes play out if there's drama or just a great ending. That's still 10 mins/game, so efficient. Unless other services can replicate that, I could never switch. Major competitive advantage for YTTV.

Why not Smiley or Chavez?

I think they are 100% throwing both of them right after Tuck. He's got better stuff than Smyly imo. Hopefully he can give 2 or 3 innings. After him I think it's going Chavez, Smyly, Minter, Matzek and Smith. The more important thing for me is get ahead early and quit helping the Astros out at the plate. I don't have the numbers but feel we have swung at a lot outside the zone and not just last night. And tbh outside of Rosario and Soler I really feel everyone has had bad approaches for most of the series.

I give Mel Tucker credit for succeeding at Michigan State, but I still contend it's easier to succeed in other conferences than it is in the SEC. If we had hired Tucker, I'm in no way convinced he'd have found the same success here. It's just harder in the SEC.

He also didn't inherit a poor culture and bare roster. Dantonio was fired after going 7-6 and they only had 15 transfers, most of which weren't highly rated. Tucker also turned to the portal to help quickly find success, that 2021 class had a total of 14 players quite a few highly rated P5 guys.

SIAP… Kentucky is 4 point favorites.
Seems about right. I predicted ~6-7 before they lost to MSU. Though I could see it dropping down to 3 too...assuming we're healthy.

No Cade still scares me. UK's defense is good enough to take advantage of our awful tackle situation. We'll have to scheme around it, but Stoops also knows this. It will be a chess match for sure.

msu qb had ball out at count of three.

screens, draws, and throws out of back field

Y'all outside the Upstate region are so lucky. We get to watch Dabo Coca-Cola commercials wherein he clearly has to read from off-screen and they spliced 2 parts together poorly...it is quite simply up there with mattress commercials...
Dangit I meant to attach my screenshot, but got interrupted...here's Dabo's reading his 4-line script...god I hope we get him in a bowl game

Hmm sounds like something we could definitely do...those are the air raid concepts we have mixed in. But Heupel will no doubt want big shots too...as we all should with these wideouts and Hooker's ability to deliver...so imo we'll still need that OL to hold up a good number of times. But I agree, we could live off the short stuff for much of the game too.

They were extreemely effective through the air. And if we could be +4 TOs...that'd be nice too. They owe us some after JG's performance last year.

Is Cade for sure out? Or you just speculating?

They've had a lot of injuries on that Defense though. If Cade is the only OL out then we're probably in a better spot on the LOS than they are right now.

No need to play chess when we will score 42+

kentucky took some big shots

MSU isn't even a good running team, they averaged sub 50 ypg rushing going into that Kentucky game. Had their QB not been banged up they would have had even more than the 94 they ended up with.

Kentucky also gave up over 300 yards passing despite selling out to stop the pass. Our offense is far more balanced and dynamic than MSU. If they go man we can beat 'em deep, if they go zone we have the ability to run the ball. Ultimately we just have to play a clean game, no turnovers and no self-inflicted penalties stalling drives.

Hopefully since MSU & Leach were making such a show of it the officials will pay attention to the Kentucky players if they are simulating our snap.

I know it's a nobody opponent, but our offense looks greatly reworked. Chandler looks like the real deal and BHH is nice. And that's without the heart and soul of the team out there.

Idk if we'll ever go all the way, but we're certainly living in the golden era of UT basketball and I'm here for it. I feel a couple more UK wins coming up for coach Barnes.

I am waiting for Albies / Freeman to bust out and dominate a game. I am hoping tonight is the night!!

Skynard was awesome back in the early 90s when it was still mostly the originals with Johnny taking Ronnies place. I saw em four times back then and absolutely loved it...I could not care less now.

I saw the original members back in the 70's when they were a front band for another group but hit it big shortly afterwards. That was back in my wild days. Ronnie handed me his coke a cola cup but it wasn't coke in it let me tell ya. lol They blew the main act out of the water.

Hard for me to tell….. can’t wait to see them against a real opponent….. the team they played yesterday lost by twenty plus to Carson Newman and Queens University.
