Thanks Bobby

Bobby and Snit are very similar at how they run things. Player managers who expect they guys to play it the right way and great at managing a clubhouse but get picked on about how they run their pens. I’ve questioned things on Snit but he has them beating the Brewers and Dodgers with so many guys out. He’s done a heck of a job and you just can’t step off and admit you are ever wrong about anything. I think you want them to lose so you can bash some more and feed an ego you have about so many things.

Monkeys are mean. I knew a woman who had one and it ate the stitching out of our new leather sofa. It challenged me to a fight one night and when I went toward it, it got in its blanket and acted like an infant. Destructive and dangerous.
You tried to fight a monkey is what I'm picking up from this.

It would have kicked your ass then ate your face. You got lucky.

Volnation, I don’t post very often but I wanted to ask if you all would consider dominating another poll. My son had a big game Friday night and is up for area player of the week. He caught his first and second TD of the year including the game winner with under a minute to go. He had 7 catches for 139 including the two TDs. If any of you have time, please vote for Chyler Lee. Thanks and GBO!

got you 128 until it froze up

One bullet solves that problem

Growing up around South Oklahoma "country" people, my dad had a standing cost-benefit analysis. It always worked the same way. It went something like this:
What's cheaper? The time, the vet, the doctor, or the bullet? Turns out bullets are always cheaper. A cheap .45 round is like 50 cents. (no pun intended)

[side note for snowflakes - - neither I nor my dad was advocating bullets as the solution to genuine problems. It was a joke. And I still think it's funny]

Okay this just popped on my timeline and hit me in the feels. Ah to be a middle schooler in the early 90s. Sleepovers, pizza and Nintendo. We never knew how good we had it.

I’ll take my being a middle schooler in the mid 2000s any day. Basically the exact same except we had consoles with the beginning of modern 3D graphics, and games like NCAA ‘06 and San Andreas.

Halo: CE parties were the **** tbh
I didn’t have enough friends with Xbox’s to play its multiplayer since it had to be LAN back then. Most of my friends got PS2’s. I was the only one with an Xbox.. to compound that where I lived in SC had only dial up as an option. That’s the case to this day in that area believe it or not. I was 18 the first time I lived somewhere with broadband. Luckily my grandma had cable though so I stayed with her every weekend to play Xbox Live lol

Bro, I feel ya. I grew up on dial up. Was only ever able to get a 24.4k connection on a 56k modem. I played PC games back in the day like Rogue Spear and Diablo 2 (well even Diablo 1, WAY back in the day). To this day my parents house can only get dial up or satellite internet.
