Anyone think if Stoops leaves Kensucky, they would be able to upgrade?

Judging by their hiring history probably not. They may luck out and hire someone who could keep the status quo.

If Stoops did leave Lexington their best option in my opinion would be to go all in on Mike Leach.

New nugs: Payton and Beasley both did the walk through today….. Evans was not there….. talk that they may rest some of these guys that could play if they were playing a better team…….looked they were being cautious with Elijah Simmons.

What exactly are we resting them for? We have two games left before the bowl, and both of them should be teams that we annihilate. Play them for the first half, get up 5 to 6 touchdowns, and then let the youth play the second half and get some much-needed game experience.

Mike Leach will surpass Mullen’s success at Miss State. There’s no reason for him to leave.

Agreed. Though most of us turned a bit of a blind eye to it at the time…we rationalized and justified…Butch and Pruitt experiencing turnover in their originals staffs was a sign of problems in the culture. That may have been the biggest indicator that neither guy was going to succeed long term.

I think Kentucky and LSU fans both think they are too good for Mark Stoops. And they are both wrong.

I'm just saying it makes sense for Kentucky to pursue him. He's a good coach and has history there. He's the best they could do as far as an established winner.

Good luck buddy! I haven't had any luck this year. Killed a cull buck a couple of weeks ago, but haven't seen anything big yet.

CJH seems to really understand what it means to be part of the Tennessee Volunteers. It took suffering 4 self righteous fools to grt here. I personally believe that CJH is the perfect coach for us.

@nicksjuzunk needs to advise coach.

Could probably add years to his life. Heaven knows he has enough money to have someone completely manage his nutrition…. Probably don’t even need that… they are on staff already. It’s just not a priority for him… scoring points is
