But think of this - if we merely hold par - it would be a 7-9 win team. This was in no way a 5 loss team - just a bit unlucky/garbage calls in a few games. We absolutely disposed of everyone else. Just flip our .500 games and all we need to do is hold steady.

That's what I'm hoping for, because yeah from a talent perspective it's hard to see us getting much better given our likely losses.

I am hoping we score well enough in the portal to hold serve. I think Hooker is gone, along with Cade, Cedric, Velus and Tiyon..etc etc etc...that is a problem.

Our offense has been really fun, but none of our WRs are top 25 in the country in any stats. So while the opportunity is there to sell, it's not like we just had this crazy mind blowing can't miss season for stats.

Sure, but the context is we're 90th in the country in pass attempts per game. Our guys don't get a ton of opportunities.

And yet we still have 2 guys that could potentially be 1,000 yd receivers.

It's still crazy to me they thought he couldn't recruit, just because he added a lot of bulk through transfers (not that it's ideal imo, but it's one path).

#7 in team talent composite. A single down year...sheesh. Guess Muschamp's top 3 classes and 57% winning percentage really spoiled them If they hire Napier they'll be right "back there" again in no time
