Kentucky playing really well...I don't think very many realize how big of a win that was for us.

It still blows my mind that we actually beat two other really good teams against Ole Miss and Pitt if not for the crooked refs stealing them, and we are really a 9-3 team in my mind..

This is one of the best coaching jobs I have ever seen.

Kentucky dominated the line of scrimmage too. They executed their offensive gameplan perfectly. Problem is, so did we and our plan was better.

I’d prefer going 7-5 this year and getting at least a few of the highly touted Tennessee kids. Why can’t we find a freaking balance. The coaches are either good recruiters and garbage sideline coaches. Or solid sidelines coaches and garbage recruiters. And I realize it’s early to call heupel a garbage recruiter but damn it’s looking like we might be saying that in a year or two. None of these kids are looking at us at all. It feels like we’re not even hearing about us pursuing these kids. This one here is just bizarre. We just beat uk. In their best start to a season ever we still go to uk and beat them. And we don’t even get any of these kids to look at us? What the hell?

What he did with these receivers is wild. They were all relatively unknowns to anybody outside this fanbase. When this coach gets this roster exactly how he visions it then it’s gonna be scary hours for the rest of the league.

Just saw an article about the top 100 kid out of Nashville that is thought to be committing to Kentucky in the next few days. How in the ever living hell has Kentucky strolled into Tennessee and taken all the best players? Man Tennessee has a weird fan base. Everybody is over the moon with huepel because he has been able to put up a bunch of points. That’s what we knew he’d do. The question marks were defense and recruiting. I’m not sure how he doesn’t get an F in both of those categories.

You realize this kid has probably been getting recruited by Stoops and UK coaches for well over a year whereas JH hasn’t even had a full year? People keep forgetting these are high school kids we’re talking about. Unless it’s Bama, UGA, [insert other title contender here] walking into the room, most of these kids are just looking for a coaching staff they mesh well with and can learn from and grow. It can take years to develop a relationship with a kid where he’s comfortable enough to come and basically live with you for 4 years, all while putting his entire future in your hands. JH hasn’t had an opportunity to do this yet. You can’t get pissed at him because in year 1, only a handful of top 100 recruits are even sniffing in our direction.
