I understand exactly how this works but go ahead and explain it.
The NCAA doesn't have the information details as of yet. The NCAA doesn't want to punish the student athletes, they want to fo after the coaches and the institutions. They won't rule on the Tennessee situation until the Student Athletes are long gone. If we play him, we've played a player we know has taken impermissible benefits. Any game that the player has played in after we've discovered that is subject to forfeiture. Oklahoma has plausible deniability because they don't have the same info that we would have. I know it's screwed up but that's the way it is.

If Bama loses next weekend to Georgia, we're looking at a playoffs of Georgia, Michigan, Cincinnati, and Notre Dame.

It pisses me off, but I think the drought is over for Georgia.

I really hope some team surprises them and knocks them out.
Bama beats UGA next week. Calling it.

Also, why is Jamey Chadwell getting no buzz this hiring season?

He still won 10 games. I bet he gets a Power 5 gig this off-season.

Virginia Tech should be beating his door down.
He will trust me… he is actually out recruiting Napier now in the 22’ class. 22’ class is 1st in their conference. He’s a great coach and will get more praise once he keeps stacking the 10+ wins per season

We curb-stomped the Gamecocks. Clemson is still just an average team this year. Yes, I want them. I don’t want a boring bowl matchup. Give me something exciting.

I want it for the symbolic aspect. Our loss to them in 2003 kind of started our downward spiral. A win would signal the start of a long-awaited climb back to relevancy.

In the couple games I saw them this year, their defense looked like one of the best in the country.. of course, that wouldn’t be anything new to us

There is no reason besides money.

Riley has at OU what Saban has at Bama and Kirby has at UGA. Complete control of a program, Town, and everything in it/around it is the dream. Why leave that? Makes no sense

He may have control, but recruiting is different at LSU. OU has to pull from Texas…they can’t rely on “local” talent.

Until he balls out at the combine.

Y’all just don’t seem in touch with how the NFL scouts see things. Cause when Hooker shows up at 6’4” 220+ and runs 4.6-4.7 while being able to make all the throws with his stats against the SEC. He’s gonna be in quite a few top 5 list for QBs.

The fact Heupel QBs have actually had some success in the NFL also will help him.

I 💯 want him to return, I don’t know if he can improve his draft stock. But I know he can have Heisman buzz and potentially improve his stats and win 10 games. But do any of those things equal him getting drafted in a better spot? I don’t know…next year’s class is going to have some big names & be deep.
He is going to be one of the biggest names at the top of the list if he plays even just a little better than this year..
