Love Golesh but we know Heup was calling the shots on offense. More worried about Banks.

Want to keep both. Golesh has done a great job with our TEs. But I do agree, Banks is the most important assistant on staff right now.

I think coaches are more inclined to go to school where they have a chance to win. Duke is not that. I would assume Banks would possibly move for a job in the north/mideast. Nothing available right now really comes to mind.

If Fickell leaves Cincy and they want Banks he gone.

If he did, I think you give that job to RG. Not only has he earned it, but what better way to keep him here long term?
