Brice thinks OU has about 5 names on their list ahead of Heupel.

Heupel is probably enjoying this as much as anyone after he was the scapegoat for the Stoops brothers, then they hired Riley to replace Heupel and Stoops stepped down. Now OU's chosen successor Riley left OU high and dry because he has no loyalty to the program/culture, while Heupel would have stayed there and given his all for forever.

I'm not trashing Banks. I think he's done an admirable job given the roster. I just think there is a huge potential for upgrade here.

Not really, I just want to keep the staff together for at least 3 years. Doesn't help with the rebuild having to bring in coordinators every year. This staff appears to work really well together.
