That’s where NPA funnels kids. Guess Kentucky pays well. Congrats Supercuts gonna be able to get some Red Lobster after this transaction.

They trash us without Pruitt and won’t send a kid to UT. But they’ll send em’ to the schools that can’t beat UT. Congrats on your Ultimate Feast, Supercuts! Enjoy.

I know this will be an unpopular opinion but I don't think it will hurt much to lose Banks.

It's statements like this that always come back to haunt us,. Thanks for the jinx.

What is so bad about Oklahoma? Have you been to LA lately, I have been there twice this year and it is the most disgusting and unsafe feeling place I've ever visited, with San Francisco a very close second.
I had an advisor who is from Oklahoma, got two degrees from OSU, and moved to Mississippi and likes Mississippi better.

Gets just a little more mass on him this off-season and he is gunna be a beast. Has started to lower his shoulder on runs.

Yeah before he got on campus he was saying he'd already gotten up to 205 or so. I think once he got here and started going through D1 conditioning/practice he lost 15-20 pounds of bad weight though. Hopefully this off-season he can get back to 200+ and do so with good weight he can keep on through the season.

I think he's going to be a stud and once he started figuring out his responsibility and getting comfortable with the playbook he turned it on.

He averaged 14 carries and 97.5 yards and 6.9 YPC with 1 TD per game in his last 2 games of the year.

I lived in Norman. I enjoyed it. Found people to be very nice. Too flat for me, but people were super friendly. Very similar to Tennessee in that regard.

Never shown aspirations to be a DC…or HC. I think he’s happy teaching and recruiting. As far as “keeping him”? That’s never been an issue. He left us to be able to coach DL and left UGA for his alma mater. Since Harsin is an idiot, we benefit from him not being a mercenary. He will get paid.
Pretty good summation. I think Garner will be here until he retires.

He has to learn to pass pro to continue to get opportunities...by far his weakest area.

I hope you're right, he definitely has the size, and I'm pulling for him, but he seems to be as slow twitch as it gets...but maybe it is just because he is learning.

I mean he's playing on the OL. I'm not saying he's a NFL talent Tackle or anything here. Just saying he still has time and potential to develop, not many freshmen OT prospects contribute immediately and usually if you need to rely on freshmen you're not a very good OL (we learned this with Wright & Wanya).

I actually think Cade should come back, he can still improve his draft stock and he'd get another season playing with his brother.

Yep need to get Stoops out of there and let them send to him elsewhere. Completely ridiculous and he will come here and act like it’s not the case but it’s obvious what it is about. It is about $$ and taking shots at TN. Brown, Evans and Wade Twins….he will talk about how many npa kids on current roster like it matters when the whole thing started with this class where they clearly are pushing kids elsewhere. It’s beyond obvious we have zero traction with any of their kids in this class. They all immediately quit talking to us after the coaching and admin change.

I also heard that Gibbs from GT transferring and the Vols are at the top of his list. Not sure how true. If both come here I think we'll be alright.

Can’t have both. Evans will require a big NIL deal. Give me Gibbs all day over Evans and will immediately fill the hole left by Tiyon in backfield and Velus Return Game

Expected with a true freshmen who didn't see many snaps until the back half of the season. Gotta remember he was the 3rd back, got banged up and then slipped to 5th in the pecking order. Him getting healthy and other injuries got him back in the mix and by the time he was fully back healthy he became our #2 back.

Every freshmen RB is going to have something to work on. I just like that unlike Whitehead or Beckwith Wright already has the ability to read gaps and follow his blockers. He isn't an athlete trying to play RB, he's already a damn good RB that you have to teach how to pass protect. Personally prefer that problem to the other.
