I think we get 6. It’s the how we get the 6 that makes it interesting and fun.

But I think 6 is the absolute floor this year.

I'd say 5 wins is the floor, just don't know how healthy we can stay and we're thin in a few positional groups.

Bowling Green, TTU, South Alabama, Vandy, South Carolina - 5 wins in my opinion we need to get.

Playing @ Missouri, @ Kentucky will be tough this year. If we beat Pitt though then I think we'll be in a really good spot to get 6 or more.

The only way we win all those is if we get better QB and WR play.

If some QB on the team doesn't do any better than what we saw Thursday...it will be a looooong season.

I think someone will...surely to goodness.
We're going to be fine at QB. KY fans think they have the Heisman winner and TN fans think we have nothing, all over one game against teams that would struggle against Knoxville Catholic.

We're going to be fine. Game one is meaningless

6 wins, really is all I want. Should be able to beat TTU, South Alabama, Vandy, South Carolina. I think we've got a shot to beat Pitt, Kentucky, and/or Missouri as well. There's legit 8 winnable games for this team on the schedule, probably 9 cause Ole Miss has to come here to play us.

Not going to go blind with success over the lesser teams with my orange glasses this year. It's year 1 and we're coming off a crazy year that left us further behind than most realize.
Is that really all you want? I mean I “want” to win the nation championship, but to me 6 wins is the floor for expectations. I would be indifferent if we win 6, ecstatic if we win 8-9, and mad/lose interest if we win 5 or less.

I'm not a fairweather fan, I want to see the new staff build a foundation and the team make progress. Those things aren't necessarily reflected in wins/losses though.

I'm a realist, I rarely think "we're winning it all!" just too many years of watching. Even in that '98 run I was waiting for the shoe to drop, luckily it didn't. But it wasn't a dominate team at all and we were in so many nail biters.

John Ward literally said to a friend of mine that it was the luckiest team he had ever seen.

Something I always take into account though with personal expectations is when and where we play teams.

Missouri is on the road and our 5th straight weekend playing, after a road game at Florida. Probably the toughest game of the winnable matchups.

We play @ Kentucky, but it's right after the bye week so we should be rested and prepared. Closing the season with 3 straight home games will also be nice.

Yep…. I have heard he has been very disappointing

Makes me think that Marietta produces **** players lmao.

Gilbert
Bailey
Keyton
I’m sure the list goes. Never thought about it before, but multiple high profile kids from the same school makes my stoned ass sit here and wonder

Well... actually it did drop, but Clint Stoerner tripped over it.
