If Bama win they are in, same for Michigan and Cincy imo. If OKST win as well I think they will be on the outside looking in.

For a fan base that thinks Kentucky is trash, there sure is a bunch of posts wishing their coach would take another job so we don't have to face him going forward. I don't get that---if Kentucky is trash, why not keep Stoops there?

I hate Kentucky, I have repeatedly stated for several years that Stoops is doing a good job and made them a better program. Like it or not, their history is definitely trash, but they are a good solid football team now thanks to Stoops. I want them to go back to being just slightly better than Vandy, and that will not happen as long as Stoops stays there.

I work for a state entity and I can tell you that this isn’t true. It’s one of those assumed things that administration likes to use as an excuse if they don’t have any good internal candidates. But overall, no it’s not a rule.

Yes and no, it depends if the university is public or private. If you look up highest paid public employee, in just about every state it’s a head college football coach. UT is a public school, so Heupel is considered a public employee.
