OU coach Roy Manning who’s going to join Riley in LA got caught recruiting for USC while he was also out on the road with Bob Stoops recruiting for OU. Something like that. Recruiting for both schools lmao

Piecing it together, it seems like an OU coach has been recruiting for USC while on the OU payroll. Manning was out recruiting with Bob Stoops earlier today but has been texting with recruits on behalf of USC.
