I appreciate this and your opinion and generally looks good.

Though I do think you have James Mitchell a little low. If he comes back healthy, he could put close to All-American type stats in our offense, and almost certainly would be all-conference level.
This is fair, but I just assume we should be fine at TE with Warren & Fant back since neither participated in Senior Day. Mitchell would really open the middle of the field but we likely have bigger needs replacing Velus & Payton.

Why do people have such a hard time grasping this stuff?

To be fair, things have changed with the wind when it comes to NIL and there's not a great source to get all the info. Then you have people just running with things they hear and everything spirals.

An example of changes on the fly on a smaller scale: Originally there wasn't supposed to be any connection to on field performance whatsoever. They wanted to try to avoid any ties to the field to avoid a potential "Bonus" structure. So the way it was originally explained, Alontae's deal would've been against the rules. Obviously the rules shifted on the fly on that one and it was allowed because I believe he doesn't get more or less money if people go get the free cookies as a result of his INT.

Which is great, cause it's one of my favorite NIL deals. Creative, fun for fans, and great for a local business, the way that NIL deals should be.

Unless it was changed after it was originally enacted, Tennessee's NIL law doesn't go into effect until Jan 1, 2022. Obviously some deals are already happening, but it may be that existing law is still restricting some activity, or some donors are choosing to wait until the law goes into effect. I know that the near universal assumption is that UT is screwing this up, but perhaps we really do have adults running the AD and that will become apparent early next year.

Damage to one portion of the stadium will not undermine the entire structure as there are many connected, but structurally independent portions. Therefore, this is patently false and a troll job.
Are you saying Gay4JoshHeupel isn't telling the truth? Pretty harsh to undermine his journalistic integrity like that.

That is what they should be, but you know as well as I what it was fated to become as soon as it was passed.

They moved it up to keep pace with other states. It went live July 1, 2021.

Gah can i really just say i despise hackers. My bank account was hacked last night and was left with .55 cents. Im beyond furious right now. Bank said it could take up to 10 business days after the investigation before they could open me a knew account and replace our money. Prayers plz!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh man, sorry to hear that. My card was compromised a couple of weeks ago. Fortunately my bank stopped the charges. They tried a couple of small charges, which triggered the alert.

Incorrect, they damaged the catacombs under the stadium where all the Civil War bodies are buried thereby compromising the entire foundation. They knew it was a problem when the ghosts started coming out. This was confirmed by my cousin Randy who is on the job site. He said it’s like that part in Ghostbusters where the EPA guy shuts down the containment unit and all the ghosts pour out.

You going to have any Trail Tidbits today?

You think the Vols will finish strong on ESD?
War room tonight and I think it’s possible if right guys get in

I’d like to add a 4th @Austin_Price in your opinion, which has better odds? We land Walter or @Beattie JR squares up his debt?
Land Walter 😏😏😏

Found this:

"Tennessee NIL started on July 1, 2021, per the NCAA Interim Policies. With the passage of House Bill 1351, Tennessee State NIL laws will take effect on January 1, 2022."

HB1351 still says Jan 1, 2022. Just wondering if that is still holding some things up.

I know nothing about (the) law, but being legal in general may be a different thing than the law empowering the university to assist. Analogous to decriminalizing vs legalizing.

Pruitt really meddled in his OC's offense. Tyson Helton at WKU has a QB, who through 12 games, has 4,968 yards passing and 52 passing TDs. The NCAA record for passing TDs is 60 by Joe Burrow in a 15 game schedule. Zappe may beat it in 14 games.
I'll never forget that **** face getting all over Helton's ass after a 30 yard gain.. Right before we scored the very next play on a hail Mary.

Really glad we have a coach that is willing to go for it now.
