I saw the post but didn't really pay attention to the content. Not trying to gloat, but my son has an IEP. He reads at a couple of grade levels above his, and he has a class with students who are challenged more and given more work.

I seriously doubt that his IEP was that specific. My wife has dealt with those her whole life and they are do not generally grant permission for stuff like that. If I were the parents of the girls, I would be losing my mind.

I’ve never seen anything like that in an IEP. However, any IEP can limit what a school can do as far as disciplinary action.

I dont think thats true. I just think ADs are hesitant to commit to Lane long term. Its too risky. And they're probably right. He is an elite coach. But these ADs know they cant control him.

He just made a statement again today or this week that college football is "not in a good place." Maybe him checking out the Raiders game is him thinking about ditching the sport that has changed too much for him.

Not trying to disparage anyone. When I was in high school, IEP was a brand new concept and I mostly saw people struggling in school getting them. Didn’t know they started giving them to those excelling. I’m a sub, they don’t tell me much lol
