I think it is the opposite of smart. The best players leave and what do you do if you don't like some of the others committed. The big majority of signees are now done on ESD. You just ride with what you have and start building relationships for next year. I hope it goes all over the country that Florida does not honor its offers after the players are committed.

It's for kids that struggle in certain areas. My daughter had an IEP that allowed her more time because of not being able to concentrate fully. Not really for "mentally challenged" kids.
