I said months ago that Clipper is a guardVolQuest Podcast Mailbag Edition Notes
- Rob Lewis made an interesting point talking about how stability helps so much with the early signing period
- No change expected in the frequency of 3-point shots for the UT basketball team
- What is Tennessee's counter when they take Kennedy Chandler away? The staff agrees there is not one and that you just have to make open shots.
- AP thinks Flowers comes back for another year.
- AP is not sure who starts in Alontae Taylor's spot in the bowl game
- Tolan visits LSU this weekend so we will see where we are in his recruitment after that (They said he likes the visits)
- Hubbs does not expect Verse to visit here this weekend
- Tennessee staff goes back and forth on CJ Smith
- We will eventually know the details of the NCAA investigation
- Beasley needs to get bigger and stronger in the offseason
- AP says he never deletes contacts in his phone because you never know who is going to come back LOL
- Rob Lewis thinks that Calbert will come back for another year despite going through senior day activities
- Addison is RT/G, Mo Clipper is a Guard, Reddick is a guard, and Brian Grant is a Tackle
- Caleb Herring is the number 1 player in the state for the '23 class
Definitely think Hendon should be 4.Y’all agreeI personal think Hendon should be at 4 and you could definitely argue being 3rd as well but I’m not aware of KJ’s and Will’s status…I’ll leave it to @Bassmaster_Vol and @HankHill to discuss

I feel like they want to add another QB this class, they may end up doing it in the portal if they can't flip someone.
I look at Sam Horn as the potential flip for a few reasons. 1 reason is Missouri QB development has looked sus, and even though Connor Bazelak was 4th in the SEC in attempts and in his 2nd year with Eli Drinksadick he only managed 2540 passing yards (only 3 QBs in the SEC were worse) his Yards per attempt and passing TDs were 2nd lowest in the SEC.
Not to mention both seasons Missouri has finished at 500 now. While their offense continues to finish outside the top 50 in PPG
2nd reason is that UT staff has been recruiting a lot of folks down in Georgia lately
I hope Flowers doesn't start.VolQuest Podcast Mailbag Edition Notes

I think the first sign will be if he starts to hire new assistants or if that drags out. If it drags out and you don't start hearing replacement names you may be correct.I'll be shocked if Dabo is there next year, think he's waiting on the NFL to call. And none of those jobs will open up until after the first of the year.
Thinking William Parker will end up being the guy at RT.VolQuest Podcast Mailbag Edition Notes

Miami is finally getting serious about Football again.Big boy moves at Miami. Now Clemson’s AD going there. Lost DC to become head coach at Oklahoma. Losing OC soon. Dabo has had success in large part due to lack of attrition. Perhaps all these men know something no one else does. Is Dabo leaving? I’m getting that feeling. Otherwise he’ll have a hell of a job on his hands without all the men that have helped him. Will be interesting to watch.
