a lot of transfers have more than 1 year of eligibility, especially now compared to 5 years ago.

Using a 2 year “bandaid” is just fine for the time being when we have so many holes to fill and 4 and 5* guys arent busting down the door to sign here. Let’s the young guys develop while the transfers fill holes until Huepel can show better results and the recruits will follow
I kind of feel like you can live off transfers. 2 or 3 year guys who have proven themselves in college and can't (easily) transfer out? I'd rather have a 2 year guy who you KNOW is good in college vs a 4 year guy who may or may not be good in college, sometimes at least.
 
Let's just go crazy and say that Tennessee is going to flip Travis Hunter from Florida State today. he plays at the same high school that the 2023 tight endn commitment plays as well. I have nothing of course to base this on except adrenaline and caffeine.
Would like that simply because my buddy is a FSU homer
