Or we could keep the same number of bowl games and you could just watch the top 2/3rds.
waters it down. needs to mean more. esp with regard to Kentucky Florida and Georgia, look, I'm gonna have to go ahead and ask that they just get left out.

You know that the school isn’t solely responsible for getting NIL deals for players. A lot of players are going to look at the respective fan bases and the potential earnings from NIL.

A player could come to UT and make 100 appearances a year at $5k per and pull down $500k a year. There are way more than 100 businesses that would pay five grand to have Hendon Hooker come sign autographs for an hour or two.

That might not be realistic for every player but there will be plenty of chances for every player to make a decent amount if they are willing to market themselves.

Hell, if I owned a restaurant, It would be worth a grand to have a couple of players come eat dinner once a week just to be seen there.

The NIL stuff is not complicated, nor will it require big donors for us to be successful. That would help, but once the local businesses figure it out, it will be fine.

As I sit here quarantined I have to tell you all a story. I got a call from an officer I had worked with a year prior on an animal neglect case about a week ago for an emergency rescue of a dog that was the sole survivor of a domestic murder/suicide and was completely shut down. He asked if I could take her at the request of the victims immediate family he told them he knew a good place for her that would give her every chance. They didn't feel it right to take her to the pound. She's a mastiff pit mix. I've kept her away from our other animals in the back bedroom I quarantined in earlier this week.

I've had concerns about her, she did not eat for two days. Very standoffish. And she wanted nothing to do with me until this afternoon. I came back into the room with a small silkie rooster that the flock had turned on to get a flashlight to assess his injuries. When I walked into the room she immediately came to my feet, never done that before in the last week. I thought no, this isn't a snack but something told me there was more to her interest.

Over the last few hours she sat next to me as I treated him put him in a carrier. She has not left his side since I brought him in. I've taken him out a time or two to gauge his level of shock, each time she has nuzzled him and shown interest and looks at me as I help him. She now let's me pet her and interact with no suspicion what so ever.

She has a long way to go and I never considered keeping her but if she shows this much compassion to a chicken maybe she could live on the farm with us, we will see. A lot of hurdles to cross but she's a different animal tonight I even brought an old blind cat we took in into the room and she's wonderful with her.

I can't imagine her suffering, watching the people she trusted and depended on kill and then take their own lives. I can't imagine her pain, nor her compassion for an animal that maybe she felt needed help like her. I refuse to be ashamed of the fact that as I type this tears roll down my face. I can't understand how anyone could mistreat animals, I wish those who do a special place in hell.

I ask all of you to support your local rescues, any resource you provide saves and changes lives!
Thank you for sharing this story and for you compassion for animals. Much respect.

Put 6 neon tetras in my 10 gallon tank with my Betta today. According to the internet, that's a good tank mate for a Better. 8 hours later and all but 2 have been killed.

My betta is a monster
If it's a male I'd be surprised if it could keep up with let alone catch neons.

I know people who've kept neons for years with no issues, I can't explain it but as an experienced hobbyist no matter what I do I can't keep them alive.

That's what I thought. We bought 6. Our betta is small too. But he went right after them and killed them. Crazy

Well, your probably going to have a single fish then. You could maybe try some dwarf frogs in the future, I've kept them with male Bettas in the past.
