My bad if this has been discussed already but anyone have a clue as to why Swain sounded excited and then was overly sarcastically upset about Burns leaving?

Starts about the 16 minute mark of the Swain event hour three.

He kind of made a big production out of it.

Seemed to me that in the end he didn’t think it was that big of a deal. I think he was more shocked than anything. He kept saying I don’t believe you when he was told Burns left.

I gotta say, Tropper Taylor would be a very interesting replacement. Swain and AP both said he would be an excellent replacement at WR coach.

Swain clearly was not a fan of his coaching ability. I think Swain was critical of him at times early in year.

A name to watch at WR coach might be Matt Merritt. He was an offensive analyst here and just left to join Clay Helton’s staff at Georgia Southern.

Under previous staff he wasn’t given the opportunity to be fair. The potential was always there.

Who could throw him the ball prior to HH? He really didn’t have a QB…

Would love Trooper on this staff. Trooper and Ekeler on same staff sidelines would be hype and trooper mentoring Hyatt and Callaway would be nice

Yes, but we will have more passing yards next year.. TE’s and RB’s making catches out of the backfield make up the difference

Basically a phenomenon that US officials and citizens started reporting in other countries. Started in Cuba, and has since happened in several embassies in various countries. No clear answer to what the illness is. Many who get it report vibrations and weird sounds during the middle of the night that wakes them, then being violently ill the next day.

IIRC, the leading theory is that it's a directed energy weapon. Something that was previously said to be impossible - but essentially directing energy waves (gammas, micro, alpha/beta particles from radioactive material) at a target. And people suffering it do have similar symptoms to acute radiation exposure.
