I had to get one. Then I lost weight and ditched it. I suggest also wearing a Fitbit to track ur sleep, oxygen levels, breathing etc through the night.Agree with others.
Made a huge difference to me. I used to miss work days because I was so insanely tired I would fall asleep. Then I got one about 3.5 years ago...problem solved.
As others said, they're quiet and comfortable for the most part. Try to get a nose-only. Which you'll be able to get unless you have an extreme case.
I hate Deadspin….. that’s why I posted the pic…. I didn’t want anyone giving them a click.
They are this way about every cause…. Julie Dicaro writes for them now and she is the worse. It's really sad. There are many real issues of race that need meaningful answers, but the assertion that everything is race will inevitably desensitize people to the real issues. When everything is about race, then nothing is, even when it really is.
Oops that's what I meant. SP+! Thanks.I think it's the ESPN SP+ ratings that came out recently
Yeah losing weight should help most people. But I even snored heavily and had bouts of extreme tiredness throughout my youth and when I was in my early 20s and had a 6 pack and was in peak shape. Think it's simply genetic for me. People with wider necks are more likely to have it regardless.I had to get one. Then I lost weight and ditched it. I suggest also wearing a Fitbit to track ur sleep, oxygen levels, breathing etc through the night.
