So happy you are doing betterThank you for the prayers! I am so sorry you have had to suffer through this also!!! Funny thing is I have not been coughing really unless I over exert and get out of oxygen. It’s just been blowing out bloody blobs. Grosses stuff I have ever seen.
How exactly did you get an antibiotic?!?!?!?
Update: She is eating a little alfalfa/orchard hay this evening. She is answering her babies bleats. It's heartbreaking. She wants to be with them but we cannot let them in with her. We moved her babies next to the area where we are keeping her. She is in a lot of pain but she was very interested in them. They have imprinted on us but they instinctively react to her. I think she knows we are caring for them. Tonight when I changed the comforters she beds on she nudged my arm and licked and mouthed my arm. It was like a thank you.Asking for your prayers. One of our goats kidded twins Friday evening. By that night we noticed she was off. Saturday we started her on antibiotics and pain meds for mastitis.
This morning she was much worse. Took her back to vet and she has an aggressive ecoli mastitis and they upped her to a more aggressive antibiotic and pain meds. She is fighting for her life in our home and we are bottle feeding her babies.
We are tired and exhausted, we've delivered 5 goat kids between Friday and Saturday, taking care of a very sick goat along with the regular duties of the animals we care for.
If you believe in prayer please say one for our sick momma Angel and her two babies she can no longer care for.
Prayers for you, so glad you are feeling better!Thank you for the prayers! I am so sorry you have had to suffer through this also!!! Funny thing is I have not been coughing really unless I over exert and get out of oxygen. It’s just been blowing out bloody blobs. Grosses stuff I have ever seen.

I've used one since 2007 although I was actually diagnosed in 1996 when I was 26 (I had surgery at the time). I even deployed with it. I can't imagine not using it now. The rare occasion I don't, I feel exhausted. It takes a little bit but you get used to it. So much so that I feel weird without it.Has anyone had "life changing" effects from using a CPAP? The last two years or so I haven't felt right. Literally have no energy and want to nap constantly at 27 years old. I stopped going to the gym due to lack of energy which hasn't helped my overall health resulting in fatty liver and high BP. I had a sleep lab study done this past week and they diagnosed OSA and want me to do another study with a CPAP. They seem like a pain and I'm skeptical that it will make me feel that much better. Wanted to get people's thoughts on if they will really make a difference for me.
Glad your back and doing better. Still praying for you and anybody else that is having to deal with this evil virus.Hey, y’all! I’m sorry if you were worried about me with me not being on! @VOLSONLY stopped by the library today while I was trying to get a million books out of the book drop on my first day back at work. (He looked familiar so I kept going through all the kids I taught because they’re always coming around expecting me to know how they look grown up because they think I know everything. Then he mentioned my dad so I am thinking whose kid is this. Then he said Volnation, and the light came on because I really don’t know everything. I wanted to run and give him a hug, but I really didn’t have the energy.) He said y’all had been worried. I’m sorry! I have just had so much besides me going on. My dad also in the hospital. He will be 86 next week and has only went to the doctor in the last few years for high blood pressure and few times for anxiety. He is in shock that he is so weak still. My husband missed 3 weeks work with covid, worked a week and then missed last week with a stomach virus he picked up. Well, plus the sinus infection we had between the other virus (flu?) we had at the end of December. Then there’s our son and DIL divorcing every other week. She likes to send him to us. Anyway, I think I slept two weeks with the covid except when blowing my nose from the sinus infection. When we could get up I wanted to get to the doctor for an antibiotic. He had one here that he had not taken once when the doctor prescribed it. But he got over his infection. Called my doctor and 7 to 10 days! So we went to an urgent care in Jasper. Before I could get my sob story out, she put the oxygen thing on my finger and ran out of the room. The doctor came in and said loudly, “We’re calling an ambulance! I don’t have the equipment here for this!” Granted my brain was not working well, but I asked if my husband could not just drive me right down the road to the ER? She got all hysterical and said we would have to sign all kinds of papers for her to let me leave there. I was like okay. So she went out and scared my husband to death. So ambulance took me to Parkridge in Jasper so I could wait 8 hours to be transported to Chattanooga. Double pneumonia, and I had no idea because I have had trouble breathing since the blood clots in my lungs. The first day I talked to the doctor I told him I went in for a sinus infection. He said it doesn’t matter if your in China or Africa or wherever it is always a sinus infection. When being released, I brought up the sinus infection. He said that he wished he had known! LOL. I finally got an antibiotic!
I just have not been back on because I am not my normal sweet self. The doctor told me it could take months to get back to normal. So months to get back to my normal chronic fatigue self. Plus trying to deal with everything else. Frustrated with GA winning as bad as I hate AL. And with all the NIL and the player carousel. Didn’t want to read all the bad stuff right now. Anyone got some good news for me? Football or personal?
And, Volsonly, please come back when I am more myself! Usually people say I always smile and make them feel welcome wherever or whenever!

Yeah losing weight should help most people. But I even snored heavily and had bouts of extreme tiredness throughout my youth and when I was in my early 20s and had a 6 pack and was in peak shape. Think it's simply genetic for me. People with wider necks are more likely to have it regardless.
The cool thing about the new CPAPs is they have all that data available. And you can download it into a pretty cool statistical program too.
You're lucky you had a way out. But I've become so accustomed to mind, it even works as a breathing exercise to help fall asleep. I don't mind it now. But it took a couple years to get there!

Stopping by to say that Jessica Simpson ain't fit to carry Catherine Bach'a purse, much less her role. It's cool if you think differently, but you're wrong.
