His defense is tremendous, too. I think he’s 2nd overall in the SEC in steals.

Definitely agree--- this team is definitely a tale of two teams... on the road and at home... if we play with confidence and swag, we can beat anyone in the country. I think the only way we have a chance against AU is to come out confident and firing and we have to have consistent play from everyone... if one of our guys "disappears", it won't be good. ZZ, Chandler, Vescovi, Fulk, JJJ, and a few others must play to their potential. If we can get strong minutes from Aidoo and a few other new guys, we definitely have a shot.

Funny enough, I'd rather beat Arky than AU if I had to pick.. we got ref hosed in that game and should have won with a different officiating crew... Too many games are going sideways this season both in football and basketball with refs... and not just our team... totally gotten out of hand.

I don’t think we are too bad on road especially compared to others. Some teams are complete jekyl and Hyde but for us I feel like outside of At KY and LSU our defense has really traveled well and kept us in games. We have won the ones that we are supposed to and lost the ones that most other teams also lose. Come tourney time out early season schedule is going to really help this team. You cut out the crowd/ref bias that happens.

Tough to win on road at Bama, Arky, KY and LSU but we had chances in 3 of the 4 games. We played Bama without Chandler and Fulky. LSU was playing better when we played them. Arky was BS.

Texas we had a shot to beat. I don’t get worked up on how ugly offensively we looked in that and TX tech game as they run same defensive style
That Beard and his protege has proven is elite defensively.

I was scrolling through the channels the other day and I saw Gilligan's Island and stopped to watch it. It was Season 1 Episode 2. I forgot how dumb they made his character. Every time they had a chance to get off the island, he would F it up :):)
