You might be surprised. Those boats have 3-4 cabins. 3-4 couples go in, it's not that bad. Not something I can afford to do every year but it's a bucket list item for me.

Honestly...I don't have the nerve to sail across open ocean, the people that do amaze me.

We were slap in the middle of the crossing from Cozumel to Tampa, and passed two sailboats about five-six miles from each other. Those folks are the real adventurers...I admire them.

I think next time we do that cruise, that we are going to do one of the catamaran sailing and snorkeling excursions in Belize or Roatan Island...it is just beautiful water.

I got a great deal on it because we bought it back when cruising was still on pause...and if it was left up to what we earn, there is no way we could do it.

I use the money earned on investments my Mom left me to travel...now thanks to the idiots in charge I'm about to lose a lot of value while basic living expenses are going through the roof.

Sailing around the VIs like that would be fun. I love St John, it is my favorite Carribean island that I have been to so far.

Took my son to the doc this morning and he tested positive for strep, but his throat hasn’t been hurting. Hopefully these antibiotics knock it out

Strep responds quickly to antibiotics. Probably did start with a virus that suppressed his immune response allowing strep throat to happen.

My son had strep multiple times. Never ever presented with a sore throat. He always had a headache as his presenting complaint…

Took a medium-sized catamaran out of Key West into the Atlantic, then international waters between the US and Cuba, into the Gulf then back to Key West. On the boat, not seeing land, for 5 straight days fishing 24/7.

Talked to the guy I worked for when I lived in New Zealand for a few months. He's going to be guiding woodland caribou and moose hunts in Canada this summer.

And he's doing it on 7 months of leave, then will return to his regular job, because New Zealand is awesome.
