egg whites, slice of melted cheese, perhaps turkey bacon, and dry wheat toast. fresh fruit, and yogurt. coffee with skim milk.

back before the dark days, when everything didnt hurt. Id eat that meal and a protein shake for lunch everyday. Also drank eff whites with Garorade Zero to change it up.

I have been a big Brown fan since his days at Ole Miss, but Burks was every bit as good as Brown in college. Brown is slightly faster, Burks catches the ball better. Burks was more durable than Brown in college. Getting the same type physical receiver who has football smarts for far less money, which the Titans need due to the big contracts they have signed in the last couple of years.

We Titans fans need to prepare for the roster changes. The O-line stinks and they are paying big bucks to a great RB when his position has a short shelf life. Then they have a QB that played great until his big contract and then shizzes the bed last season. Roster transition time.

What about Brown only catching 62.7% of his targets, that also on the staff?

3 years and his highest catch % was 118th. That's nowhere near good enough for the rest of his production (yardage/tds) and how much he was demanding to get paid.

I think he's a good WR and one I enjoyed the Titans having, but they just couldn't afford to pay him what he thinks he was worth so I get why he was traded.
