Whatever is said about him on this board, the guy has a stellar reputation at his craft. No personal experience, just reviews.ive had two really bad haircuts in my days. one at a Cosmetology School - my grandad always used to go there bc its cheap - well, they dont know how to use no gaurd.
Then, old guy downtown Kingsport. Like 90 years old. Nice guy, bad haircut.
Started cutting my own hair after that.
I am pretty hyped. Getting Hooker and Tillman back is huge. I think we will be even better on offense, though some of the SEC defenses will start to figure some things out. Have to protect Hooker better and defense has to get off the field on third down. How do you feel about it?How’s everybody feeling post spring ball??
You moved the goalposts….. obviously you want to be in the top 5 rounds…. They usually keep those guys…. The guys in the 6th and 7th round are cut all the time and are pretty much even with UDFA’s….. the year thielen made the team…. A 6th rounder was cut on that team.I’m aware of the history of the draft and the process of signing UDFA’s. It’s always been better to have DRAFTED status whilst fighting for a roster spot. It’s a helluva tiebreaker if all things are equal. Your BEST teams have always built the majority of their roster through the draft and finalized pieces through free agency. And UDFA’s are the PWO’s of the professional ranks. You get to choose from the teams courting you but the odds are stacked against. Examples: Adam Thiel and Cooper Kupp are similar players with similar career arcs. Thiel was an UDFA who had to win a spot in a tryout camp…one spot! He has a less than stellar camp and another player (who was more ballyhooed) gets his opportunity and we may never hear from him. Kupp was a third rounder and would’ve needed a personal disaster to NOT get an opportunity. It’s just better.

I dont think any defense has much of a chance unless you're UGA or Bama with a million NFL players. And even then we carved them up at times in Heup's FIRST year. Once we open up the playbook more and Hooker is more comfortable making more difficult reads its a wrap. Do need to protect him better though for sure.I am pretty hyped. Yes it does….. we have good sized guys but we don’t look huge….. I remember being at a basketball game and them introducing the baseball team a year or two before TV came and those guys were tiny….. didn’t even look like a mens baseball team.Meh. We've been saying the same thing about other teams for more than a decade. It's what fans do.
Feels good to be the Alpha dog again though.
