Just saw a 247 sharticle that doesnt even list TN in it for Mauigoa or the DL from GA.

Some hard hitting reporting there.

Vols with 9 hits and 4 runs over 20+ innings of baseball will not win many games. Team seemed flat last night and it appears to have carried over tonight. Will be interesting to see how they respond tomorrow and next week after getting punched in the mouth

I trust TV but if Luc continues to struggle, you will see him move down in the order.
Not sure about that. Maybe, but he's batted 2nd several times this year, and also batted 6th multiple times. I think it depends on CTVs strategy against the opposing starting pitcher.

That being said, he (CTV) may rethink that strategy going forward, but I kinda doubt it. Being successful long term means slow reactions sometimes. Every action (or set of actions) doesn't always require a reaction.

I don't know if they've lost their MOJO but they don't seem to have the same energy.
I know what you meant! I'm just staying calm. It took 13 innings to lose yesterday and this game isn't even over. Even if we fall short, this is not the kind of beatdown we dish out! Everyone who follows baseball closely (I'm a football guy) has been saying for weeks that this always happens sooner or later in baseball. Moreover, we need 2 runs and we have 4 remaining outs. I am still hoping that we pull it off and it demoralizes KY. Mostly I just hope we play well in the post season. But most of all I'm just homering 😂

They track all those statistics in baseball for a reason. The law of averages is Undefeated and it catches up with you sometime. They just don't seem to be playing with the emotion that they usually do. Rain probably isn't helping tonight.

Today is the 24th anniversary of Kerry Wood's 20 K game against the Houston Astros. I think this is the most dominate single game pitching performance of all time. He allowed only one hit and did not walk anyone. He was also a rookie and for the big part of the game, the Cubs were clinging to a one run lead. @ me if you want. I am right, though.

Nah. Greg Maddux threw a 76 pitch compete game with 83% of those pitches being strikes. Only went to a two ball count twice.
