Medical insurance in this country is a huge problem.

My insurance basically dropped me. Doesn't matter, I couldn't afford what they wanted me to pay anyway. You're right, they can't have what doesn't exist, but they still try. Makes standing up again a lot harder.

What is crazy in this state is if you have no job and no income...you basically get free health care. A lot of the folks I drive to visits had to quit their low paying jobs so they could get the medical help they need. Some will eventually go back to work after they get surgeries and finish rehab....it is nuts...the whole stupid system is screwed up.

They aren't employees and never have been, yet it's always happened to some degree. Saban is notorious for it, many allegations and such. It is still very much against the rules, that hasn't changed and unlikely ever will. But it's about to get ramped up to unprecedented levels I'm afraid. They sign up for multi-year scholarships (at least since 2015), but coaches will always use the ole "nudge em out" routine.

This only helps the Bamas and UGAs to further the parity gap. As usual.

Hard to see us needing a grand salami like last year in the regionals. We're on a different level from non-SEC teams. If you aren't a top 15 team, we'll just cremate you. And we'll likely do it even if you are.

Just no wooden bats please. Those aren't a part of the clean living way.

I've tried several times to get some sort of help. I didn't qualify, because I was employed too recently and this last time because my tax return from two years prior was too much. Some people say it works for people really in need, but I'll sadly tell them they're completely wrong. It's badly broken.

I believe they started one of their better pitchers, at least from an ERA perspective.
